working principle:
Fruit and vegetable chips are based on fresh fruits and vegetables, edible vegetable oil as a heat medium, and adopt advanced technologies such as low temperature vacuum frying (VF). They can be quickly dehydrated and dried in a very short period of time, and have a very low water content. Fruit and vegetable foods have low oil content and are crisp and not greasy. They preserve the original shape, color, fragrance and taste of fruits and vegetables, and are rich in vitamins, minerals, fibers and other nutrients. They have low sugar, low salt, low fat, Low fever and other characteristics.
Oil steam heating system consists of the cut-off valve, steam solenoid valve, safety valve and related valves and pipelines, monitoring instruments, etc. it used for heating the frying oil.
Hydraulic system consists of the hydraulic station, hydraulic cylinder, and other components. Used for the manual basket lift and automatic frying process
The electric control system adopts the internationally well known PLC, touch screen and low voltage electrical apparatus, which is used for system protection and automatic control
The oil removal system is used for vacuum centrifugal oil removal to reduce the oil content of fried foods.
